To promote economic stability, they offer university scholarships and create livelihood opportunities through integrated farms, a food processing factory in Kilinochchi, a bakery in Puthukkudiyiruppu, and microfinance projects. Their Palms Together initiative helps disadvantaged women achieve financial independence by producing eco-friendly palmyra leaf housewares and handloom cotton textiles. The foundation prioritizes natural materials, sustainable agriculture, and solar energy to promote environmental sustainability. As a not-for-profit, Sivan Arul Foundation reinvests all surplus into expanding its programs and strengthening community resilience. Through holistic development, they uplift marginalized groups and foster long-term social and economic empowerment.
