Happy Paws Happy Hearts (HPHH) is an organization dedicated to connecting socially isolated people with rescue animals in Australia. The programs offered by HPHH are designed to help human participants, including those with disabilities, mental health challenges, veterans, first responders, and individuals living with trauma, overcome emotional and physical isolation. By facilitating group programs at local rescue shelters and wildlife sanctuaries, they help rescue animals rebuild trust in humans, recover from trauma, and learn new skills. HPHH also offers an online program for those who are unable to attend in person. The organization aims to create mutual healing experiences, fostering emotional recovery and skill development for both humans and animals. HPHH is proud to be a member of the Queensland Social Enterprise Council (QSEC), furthering their commitment to social impact and community well-being.
