E. Tautz is an internationally recognized luxury menswear brand, relaunched in 2009 by renowned British designer Patrick Grant. Originally founded in 1867 as Edward Tautz & Sons on Oxford Street, the brand gained fame for its high-quality sportswear and trouser tailoring, catering to Europe’s sporting and military elites. The heritage of this craftsmanship remains central to the brand today, with a focus on producing English luxury sportswear and casualwear using meticulously developed fabrics. Most of E. Tautz’s clothing is produced at its own Blackburn factory, with additional select UK-based production. In October 2014, the brand opened its first flagship store on Duke Street, near its original Oxford Street location. Today, E. Tautz operates worldwide, with retail spaces in London, Paris, New York, and key locations across Asia, including department store concessions and boutiques. The brand remains synonymous with timeless, high-quality menswear designed for the modern man.
