This waste is usually burnt by farmers, leading to air pollution, but Dharaksha Ecosolutions repurposes it as a valuable resource.The collected agricultural waste is first cleaned to remove any impurities. It is then shredded into smaller pieces to make it easier to process.The shredded agricultural waste is pulped using water and mechanical processes. This creates a fibrous slurry, which is the primary material for making packaging products.The fibrous slurry is then molded into various shapes and sizes based on the packaging requirements. This is done using specially designed molds that ensure consistency and durability of the final product.The molded packaging is dried to remove any excess moisture, which helps in solidifying the material and giving it strength.To enhance the durability and usability of the packaging, surface treatments such as water resistance coatings might be applied. These coatings are eco-friendly and ensure that the packaging remains biodegradable.
